Your day-to-day impact:
- Admin Support: Manage inboxes, calendars, prep meetings, organize files
- Project Coordination: Assist with events, tasks, project tracking
- Research & Data: Dig up insights, write proposals, analyze information
- Personal Assistance: Organize travel, shop for gifts, plan special events
You’ll free up 60+ hours/month for your clients, so they can stay focused on building and scaling their business.
Your Earnings at DonnaPro:
To keep things fair and sustainable across 10+ EU countries, we adjust salaries based on local averages.
Everyone earns 15–35% more than the typical salary in their country — no exceptions. That means someone in Poland may earn more than someone in Bulgaria, but both are paid as top performers in their market.
Below is exactly what you’ll earn based on your location — net.
Net means this is the final amount that lands in your bank account each month. No extra deductions. No surprises. 100% yours to keep.

- Hungary – €1,400
- Latvia – €1,550
- Lithuania – €1,650
- Poland – €1,650

What you’ll need to succeed:
- 40h/week availability (160h/month)
- Fluent English (C2 level speaking & writing)
- EU-based
- Prior remote or office work experience
- Tools: G-Suite, Slack, Asana, WhatsApp, etc.
- You're already using AI tools like ChatGPT (and know how to make them work for you)
- High attention to detail + ability to move fast
- OK with both strategic and repetitive tasks
- Solid common sense, proactivity, and self-management
- Own a solid laptop/PC and stable internet
