Work and administrative tasks:
You will not be a Virtual Assistant for the executive staff at DonnaPro, but a remote executive assistant serving other CEOs & Founders that are clients of DonnaPro. Your job would be to support them and free up their time, so they can focus on things with higher added value.
You would do that by performing…
- Administrative Support: Email and calendar management, meeting preparation, file organization.
- Project Management: Managing tasks, organizing events, and assisting with ongoing projects.
- Research & Data: Conducting research, preparing proposals, and analyzing data.
- Personal Assistance: Travel organization, gift shopping, and even personal event planning.”
It goes without saying that establishing a productive working relationship with clients is crucial to ensure seamless support and effective collaboration.
What you’ll get:

Monthly Salary: Your starting net salary is 15% above the average salary in your country, with a maximum limit of €2,200 to maintain a sustainable compensation structure for both our team and the company.
For example, if you’re from Portugal, where the average net salary is €1,227, your starting net salary would be 15% more, which is €1,411. However, for countries with higher GDPs in Europe (such as Austria, Germany, the UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, France, etc.), the starting net salary is capped at €2,200, rather than 15% above the average. - Performance Bonuses: Can be added later on.
- Possible Career Growth: Prove yourself, and you could move up to roles like Quality Manager, Account Manager, Team Lead, or even into one of our C-suite positions.

What you’ll need:
- Consistent capacity of 40h/week (160h/month)
- Availability & responsiveness during 09:00 - 15:00 CET (Mon-Fri)
- Fluent English (C2 level) – Doesn’t need to be your native language, but it must be at a professional level.
- Being from Europe
- Previous remote or office work experience is almost a must.
- Familiarity with essential tools – G-Suite, Asana, Slack, WhatsApp, etc.
- Basic understanding of AI – You already use ChatGPT (or something similar) and know how it works and how to best utilize it.
- Comfortable with (sometimes) doing repetitive & manual tasks
- Satisfaction with working behind the scenes on a variety of projects.
- Very high attention to detail
- Ability to learn & adapt fast
- Common sense – You think outside the box and figure things out.
- A laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
