Unlike traditional recruitment that opens and closes positions sporadically, DonnaPro maintains ongoing selective hiring for top 1% EA talent. When you find the right people, you don't wait for arbitrary hiring cycles.
Our approach is simple: we hire A-players year-round. If you're exceptional, there's a place for you - regardless of whether we have an immediate "opening." We build our team around talent, not headcount targets.
All positions are full-time (40 hours weekly) and fully remote. You'll support 2-4 CEOs or founders simultaneously, working from anywhere within EU timezones with core availability 09:00-15:00 CET.
