Referral Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the DonnaPro Referral Program! Our program rewards individuals and businesses who refer new clients to DonnaPro. By participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Referral Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to individuals and businesses who have signed up through our official affiliate program at the DonnaPro Affiliate Program. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with DonnaPro. Self-referrals (referring yourself or your own business) are not eligible for rewards. DonnaPro reserves the right to decline participation to anyone at its discretion.

2. Referral Rewards & Payouts

Referrers will receive a commission based on the structure outlined in the official affiliate program. A successful referral is defined as a new client who signs a service agreement with DonnaPro and completes their first paid invoice.

Payouts:

  • Your Commission: €2,000 wired to your bank account (or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Commissions are earned 14 calendar days after your referral joins DonnaPro - meaning, 14 days after they make the initial payment and sign the agreement.

3. How It Works

  • Sign Up to join the DonnaPro Affiliate Program and get your unique referral link.
  • Share Your Link: Share your link with CEOs or founders in your network.
  • Your Network Benefits: We know they’re “your people,” so we’ll take good care of them. They receive a free strategy session with our CEO and 50% off their first month at DonnaPro.
  • You Benefit: You receive €2,000 wired to your bank account (or via PayPal, or as compensation if you are already an existing Donna client) 14 calendar days after your referral joins DonnaPro - meaning, 14 days after they make the initial payment and sign the agreement.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Referrals are tracked using a unique referral link assigned to each referrer. If multiple referrers claim the same client, the referral will be attributed to the referrer whose link was used at the time of sign-up. DonnaPro is not responsible for tracking errors due to browser settings, ad blockers, or other factors beyond our control.

5. General Terms

This reward cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts. There is no limit on the number of qualifying referrals per referring individual. By participating, referring and referred customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Personal information collected for this program shall be used in accordance with the DonnaPro Privacy Policy.

The referral program includes additional benefits for referred customers, such as access to marketing materials that you can share with your network (e-books, email templates, promotional videos) and an exclusive VIP email line to our Head of Affiliate Partnerships.

DonnaPro reserves the right to verify program eligibility, modify program terms, or cancel the program at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice. DonnaPro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program.

Any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical behavior intended to manipulate the referral program (including self-referrals, fake accounts, or any other misleading actions) will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any pending rewards. DonnaPro reserves the right to investigate referrals and take action at its sole discretion.
