All positions are full-time (40 hours weekly) and fully remote. You’ll support 2-4 CEOs or founders simultaneously, working from anywhere within EU timezones with core availability 09:00-15:00 CET.
While 99% of our hiring focuses on Executive Virtual Assistants, we occasionally consider exceptional candidates for sales, operations, IT, and HR roles as our team grows.

We look for experienced Executive Assistants (3+ years preferred, though exceptional candidates with strong transferable skills are considered), fluent English (C2 level), radical ownership mindset, and comfort working remotely with 2-4 executives simultaneously.
